IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS TO BE APPENDED ON APPEAL

A person who institutes an appeal to the Tribunal shall attach the following documents:

1. A Certified copy of the proceedings of the Board.

2. A Certified copy of the decision of the Board.

3. A copy of the decision of the Commissioner-General which gave rise to appeal to the Board.

4. A copy of the notice of intention to appeal to the Tribunal.

5. Evidence of payment of appropriate fees.
